Project Desciption

I’m launching a very lean, single-page site that introduces my affordable shared-housing option and, most importantly, gathers leads from prospective tenants. The entire page should feel calm and welcoming, built around a soft teal primary, supported by tan accents, plenty of white space, and crisp black text.

Structure
A concise hero section will outline—looking for shared affordable housing? Look no further! Reclaim your independence in your new home. Live freely, live fully, live Re-vived. The focal point, however, is the contact form. It needs to sit above the fold on mobile and desktop, draw the eye, and submit seamlessly.

Contact form requirements
Please wire the form so that each submission is sent to my email (and, if you prefer, also stored in a simple CSV or database table). These are the fields I must collect:
• Name & Email
• Phone Number
• Monthly Income? Source: SSI, SDI, Private pay, HUD Vash

Design & build notes
– One HTML page, fully responsive
– Clean, modern typography to complement the colour palette
– Lightweight code; no bulky frameworks unless you can justify the choice
– Form validation for empty fields or obviously incorrect entries

The finished deliverable is the working page (HTML/CSS/JS or a comparable stack) plus any assets and instructions needed for me to drop it onto standard shared hosting. If everything looks and functions as described—particularly the form and color scheme—I’ll mark the project complete immediately.

I will also need a business email – Example: Info@XXXXXXX.
